who is responsible
The data controller is the owner of kumowp.com, whose details are in our legal notice. You can contact us at our contact form.
what data we collect
- when you buy: your email, name and country as entered in the Stripe checkout, and the details of your purchase. Card data is handled only by Stripe.
- when you contact us: your email, the topic and your message, so we can reply.
- when you request a collection: your message and the name you choose to give (optional).
- on your device: we save your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
why we use it
- to deliver your purchase and send your download links (performance of the contract);
- to answer support requests and collection requests (our legitimate interest / your request);
- to keep sales records required by tax and accounting law (legal obligation).
We don't sell your data or send you marketing emails.
who processes it for us
- Stripe — payments and checkout;
- Resend — sending the download email;
- Netlify — website hosting and file delivery.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
how long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires (in Spain, generally up to 6 years). Contact messages and collection requests are deleted once handled.
your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to or restrict its use, by writing to our contact form. If you think we haven't handled your data properly you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
