1. who we are

kumowp.com is an online store of digital wallpapers. The seller's details are listed in our legal notice.

2. what you buy

Each collection is a set of digital image files (JPG or PNG) delivered by download. No physical product is shipped. The number of images, format and resolution of each collection are shown on its page before you buy.

3. unofficial fan art

Our wallpapers are unofficial fan art. kumowp is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any anime studio, publisher or rights holder. Characters, series names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe what the artwork depicts. The artwork is created by kumowp using AI-assisted digital tools and original prompts.

4. license

When you buy a collection you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files as wallpapers on your own devices. You may not resell, share, redistribute, print for sale, use commercially, mint as NFTs or use the files to train AI models. This license covers only kumowp's own contribution to the artwork; it does not grant any rights over third-party characters or trademarks.

5. price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

6. delivery

Right after payment you can download your files from the confirmation page, and we also send the download links to the email you used at checkout. If you don't receive them, check your spam folder or contact us.

7. right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once the download is made available, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged it before paying (art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and art. 103(m) of the Spanish consumer law). Our checkout asks for this consent before you pay.

8. refunds and problems

If a file is damaged, can't be downloaded, or doesn't match its description, contact us at our contact form and we will fix it or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

9. rights holders

We respect intellectual property. If you hold rights over a character or work shown on this site and want an image removed, write to our contact form with the details and we will review it and remove it promptly.

10. liability and law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence and may use the courts of your domicile. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
